Answer:

The required number is 4.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the number be 'x'

>> Twice the number = 2x

When it is added with 1,the result is (2x + 1)

>> Three times the number = 3x

When the resultant is divided by three times the number,

the result is (2x + 1)/3x

According to the question,

(2x + 1)/3x = 3/4

4(2x + 1) = 3(3x)

8x + 4 = 9x

9x - 8x = 4

x = 4

Therefore, the number is 4.

Solution :-

Let the required number be x, then

→ Twice a number will be

x + x = 2x.

→ Adding 1 to required number,

we will get :- 2x + 1.

→ Then, divided with 3 times of

number = \frac{2x + 1}{3x}

→ Now, We can write it as :-

\frac{2x + 1}{3x} = \frac{3}{4}

→ After Transferring we will get :-

4 × (2x + 1) = 3 × (3x)

8x + 4 = 9x

8x - 9x = -4

-x = -4

→ Therefore, x = 4 (Ans)

Hope it will help you.
