Option b) Js and d) W hr are not units of power .

Let's see how !!

For 1st option :

  • We know that : Potential Difference is work done divided by charge.

V  =  \dfrac{W}{q}

 \implies \: W = V \times q

 \implies \:  \dfrac{W}{t} =  \dfrac{V \times q}{t}

 \implies \:  power=  V \times \dfrac{ q}{t}

 \implies \:  power=  V \times i

So, put the SI UNITS :

 \implies \:  power=  V olt  \times ampere

 \boxed{ \implies \:  power=  V  \: A}

For 3rd option :

  • kW means kilo-watt or 10³ watt.

  • Watt is the SI unit of power.

So, the rest options [i.e. option b) and d)] are not power units
