Ice or water with 0 degree Celsius!!!..
Because when any solid substance is in the temperature of 0 degree!... It cannot melt neither destroy a substance.. also..
ice can absorb latent heat as well as the heat energy in order to attain roomtemperature. Water aat 0 C can absorb heat energy only to attain the room temperature...
