y =[4x³-7x²+5-(4x³-10x²+2x-2x²+5x-1)/(2x-1)

y = ( 4x³-7x²+5-4x³+10x²-2x+2x²-5x+1)/(2x-1)

y = ( 5x² - 7x + 6 )/( 2x - 1 )

Required rational expression should be
