NSTP stands for National Service Training Program which is a defense preparedness and civic education program that is offered by the Government.

The CHED and TESDA regional offices shall oversee and monitor the implementation of the NSTP under their jurisdiction to determine if the training are being conducted in consonance with the objectives of this Act.

Responsible for supervising the NSTP.

School Authorities are responsible for the academic and administrative oversight of the design, formulation, adoption, and implementation of the various NSTP components in their individual schools. In the case of ROTC, the School Authorities and the DND will jointly supervise its implementation.
