We know that air has water vapour present in it so when keep a glass with ice cold water in it,the water vapour condenses and forms droplets on the outer surface of the glass

this is due to condensation of water vapours present outside the glass.
Water vapours present on the surface of glass become cold and got condensed and we can see them in the form of water drops.
