Yes, Untouchability is a social evil because it leads the low caste people to be discriminated from the mainstream of the society. People often avoid to touch and talk to a people of low catse whose peoples are considered to be untouchable . Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar the father of our Constitution was from the mahar caste and he was discriminated from education, playing with other children and many other things that was irresponsible.
