1) Glucose is called a source of instant energy because it Get rapidly absorbed by the body.

Glucose is a simple sugar which is formed when carbohydrates are broken.Also carbohydrates get digested into glucose.since glucose doesn't need tO be digested e.I. why glucose is called instant energy source...

2) this is because carbohydrates get easily absorbed or digested in body but it is difficult to digest fat ..If they are no digested properly can lead to cardiovascular diseases.....
