Because life always goes on but not as we desire.It has so many ups and downs, problems that we have to face.Everything will not be with us always.So we have to learn and experience loss.

Because in this worlds all the things are temporary ,humans themselves are temporary and so if we regret on the loss it means we are wasting our precious time . Life is much more than crying or regretting for the loss so we have to move on in life passing all the circumstances and loss and to stand up after it.
