3. Why too much water in cheek cell experiment is not good for detail cell analysis

Answer:

Osmosis will take place. Water will act as hypotonic solution for cheek cell. Hence, putting a cheek cell in water will lead to bursting of the cheek cell hence releasing it's DNA. The reason is the hypotonic environment of water which move inside the cheek cell causing it to swell and burst.
