ANS:

a) s = 455 m

b) *v = 85.5 m/s*

Explanation:

This Question have two parts

LET US FOCUS ON THE GIVEN AREA :D

initial velocity = 20km/h

oh no every other given data is in SI unit

simply convert it

therefore,

*Initial velocity* = 5.55556 m/s

approx = *5.5 m/s*

*accleration = 8 m/s^2*

*time = 10 sec*

therefore,

position of car @10sec = *Total distance it traveled in 10 sec*

Using 2nd eqn of motion

s = ut + 1/2at^2

s = (5.5)(10) + 1/2(8)(10)^2

s = 55 + 400

*s = 455 m*

we can find final velocity for the second part without even using s

by *v = u + at*

v = 5.5 + (8)(10)

v = 5.5 + 80

*v = 85.5 m/s*

can you mark me as BRAINLIEST if this helped :D
