a) Because the speaker is going with one person to the woo. But later he says that no I have gone with the two people and he looks confused.

b) The Speaker has taken three following oaths:

1) Not to tell anyone with the casket he chose.

2) If he feels interested he will not marry.

3) Lastly on a failure he will leave immediately.

c) The message given by the fool to the speaker was When these fools set out to choose, their reasoning (wit) gives them enough good sense (wisdom) to choose wrongly, and thus lose.
