Sir,
I am Kalpit Mazumder, a frequent customer of your store. I am very much disappointed by your service.
I ordered 10 grocery items from your store on 2nd December, 2020. My order number was 79324vdxx. 5 items were defective among them. I asked about the damaged items to the delivery person. His behavior was too rude. I must say that the price charged for a commodity was more than the maximum retail price.
I would be obliged if you take proper action on it.
