We bought an L.E.D Television , vide cash memo number = 12ABCD , dated December 1 , 2020 .
The television was working good a few days ago , but from yesterday it's not working .
We are sad to inform you that we would like to replace this with a new one as its has following defects :
- The screen quality is not as good as it is mentioned.
- It stops periodically , and we have to switch off and on again and again.
- It's consuming more power than expected.
Moreover , While we were checking the bills , we discovered that the price charged to us was more than MRP , kindly provide a valid reason for it or return that money . The salesman was also not behaving properly.
Kindly send a person to take this Television at your own cost . We will be highly grateful to you.
