This is hereby to bring your kind notice that last month,I bought a samsung LED,32" from your shop for Rs30,000 via cash memo no.2365 dated 12 december 2018. At the time of purchase, you assured me about its good quality nd service.

It gave good service but only for some days.Now it has started creating problems. The screen gets bluered nd lines appear every now nd then. It makes a strange sound when it is started. HD function is also not responding. Sometimes,it gets switched off automatically.

It seems that the set has some technical defect. The LED has 2 years warranty. So,it is requested to you to get the defect rectified or replace the LED,if needed, under the terms nf conditions of warranty.

Sub: Complaint about non-functioning of television set

This is to bring to your attention that I had purchased a Sony Bravia 50 inch HD LED television set from your showroom on the 12th of October 2020. However for the past 1 month my HDMI port is non functional. I think it is defective.

The TV keeps going into sleep mode and it can be very annoying.

I purchased the television set on the 30th October 2022 and paid 65,000/-. I would like a replacement as it is well within the warranty time frame.

Will be waiting for a quick response.
