• Positive qualities are qualities such as strengths, personal attributes, skills, traits, and so on. In a positive way. For example, honesty, caring, strong loyal, patients, etc.
• Negative qualities are qualities that show the negative personality of a person it could be skill, trait, etc. For example, dishonesty, arrogance, lack of confidence, self-criticism, and so on.
• Success means accomplishing an aim or goal.
• One should focus more on positive qualities than negative qualities and should try to remove negative qualities and increase positive qualities. The positive qualities make u a better person, and a good member of society, increase respect for you by others, makes you disciplined, and so on. Positive qualities such as honesty, this quality is respected by all and in the workplace will be appraised and given more chances of promotions, unlike dishonesty. Negative qualities like dishonesty will be criticized in the workplace and can also result in job loss. One should be honest with themself and others. Thus adopting positive qualities and removing negative qualities will help an individual to gain success.
