Man -power is one of the necessary resources for industries And in India we have it in abundance. But the mere possession of man power is not enough the ordinary man in the street who may never have had any education cannot be put straight way into a work shop Or factory. He has to be trained by others who know exactly what to teach him after you have got your trained man power you want something else to run factories and work shop that is motive -power one great source of this is coal. Coal engenders heat and give us steam with out with out which few industries can get along. we have very large deposits of coal in India...

It is necessary that there be man power which is abundant in India.

As it is necessary doesn't mean that  their labor is viable since one cannot just be picked from the streets and  put to work without skills.

For this to happen , a expert is needed to teach the people on how to handle the duties before being put to work.

After doing this , motivation can be done to increase the man power in energy production especial coal.
