Man -power is one of the necessary resources for industries And in India we have it in abundance. But the mere possession of man power is not enough the ordinary man in the street who may never have had any education cannot be put straight way into a work shop Or factory. He has to be trained by others who know exactly what to teach him after you have got your trained man power you want something else to run factories and work shop that is motive -power one great source of this is coal. Coal engenders heat and give us steam with out with out which few industries can get along. we have very large deposits of coal in India​

Every work for getting done needs some kind of resources, and among the resources, the most important resource is human, as they are the one who is capable of doing works perfectly than any other resources could do. India is the second largest population holder of the whole world.
