Explanation:

Nucleus a cell organelle was 1st described by Robert brown (1831)

CHROMATIN

the interphase nucleus has highly extended elaborate nucleoprotein fibers called CHROMATIN NUCLEAR

nuclear matrix one or more spherical bodies called NECLEOLI

nuclear envelope which consists of two parallel membrane with a space between (10-50mm) called perinuclear space

FUNCTIONS

Barrier space between materials present inside the nucleus and that of cytoplasm.

outer membrane continues with endoplasmic reticulum. and also bears ribosomes.

NUCLEAR PORE

number of places the nuclear envelope is interrupted by minute pores.

nuclear pores are the passage through which movement of RNA and protei molecules takes place.

Distance between nucleus and cytoplasm.

NUCLEOPLASM

the nuclear matrix or the nucleoplasm contains NUCLEOIUS and CHROMATIN.

the nucleoli spherical structures present in nucleoplasm.

content of nucleolus is continuous with the rest of the nucleoplasm.

it is not a membrane bound structure.
