take oil, mustard seeds, chilli, onion ,tamato, and (suji)or (rava) and add water,salt, little sugar mix it well and garnish it with coriander

INGREDIENTS:-
Bombay rava (or) suji,oil,mustard seeds, jeera seeds,peanuts,cashew,bengal gram,curry leaves,green chillies,onions,salt,water,coriander leaves.
PROCESS:-
1.Fry the bombay rava (or) suji till it turns to light brown colour.
2.Take a kadai and heat it up.
3.Add oil,mustard seeds,jeera seeds,peanuts,cashew,bengal gram,curry leaves and green chillies. Saute them for 2 to 3 minutes.
4.Add onions and fry them till they turn to light brown colour.
5.Add sufficient water and salt.
6.Stir it continuously for 1 minute.
7.After the water boils add the bombay rava (or) suji and stir it continuously without no lumps for 5 minutes.
8.After that add the coriander leaves and put off the stove.
9.Now the tasty upma was ready.
