Cytoplasms:-

This is a jelly like substance found between the nucleus and the cell membrane.Various other component of are present in the cytoplasm.It is made up of basic elements like C,H,O and N.These are found in the form of substances like carbohydrates, proteins and water.These substances are present irrespective of size, shape and whether they are unicellular or multicellulose.

Nucleus of a cell:-

It is an important component of the living cell.It is generally Spherical and located in the centre of cell.It can be stained and can be seen with the help of a microscope.Nucleus is separated from cytoplasm by nuclear membrane.This membrane is also porus and allows the movement of material between cytoplasm and the inside of the nucleus.With the help of microscope,we can see a smaller spherical,dense body in the nucleus.It is called the nucleolus.Nucleus contains thread like structure called chromosomes.These carry genes of helps to transfer character from one generation to next.

Nucleus act as control centre of the activities of the cell.
