\Large{\textbf{\underline{\underline{According\;to\;the\;Question}}}}

3/x - 1/y = -9 …………...(a)

2/x + 3/y = 5 …………...(b)

Assume,

Let 1/x = s & 1/y = t

So,

3s - t = - 9 ………... (c)

2s + 3t = 5 …….... (d)

Now,

Multiply(c) by 3,

9s - 3t = - 27 …..…..(e)

Now,

Add (d) and (e),

11s = -22

s = -22/11

s = -2

Now,

Substituting value of s in (c)

3s - t = -9

3 × - 2 - t = -9

-6 - t = -9

-t = -9 + 6

-t = -3

t = 3

Here ,

1/x = s = -2

1/y = t = 3

Therefore,

x = -1/2 & y = 1/3
