let x+2=y
3y^2-5y+2=0
3y^2-2y-3y+2=0
y(3y-2)-(3y-2)=0
(3y-2)(y-1)=0
y=3/2    y=1
x+2=3/2     x+2=1
x=-1/2        x=-1

3( {x}^{2}  + 4 + 4x) - 5x - 10 + 2 \\ 3 {x}^{2}  + 12 + 12x - 5x - 10 + 2 \\ 3 {x}^{2}  + 7x + 4 \\ 3 {x}^{2}  + (4 + 3)x + 4 \\ 3 {x}^{2}  + 4x + 3x + 4 \\ x(3x + 4) + 1(3x + 4) \\ (x + 1) (3x + 4) \\ x =  - 1 \\ x =  -  \frac{4}{3}
