 \frac{(3 + x)}{(2x - 3)}  =   - \frac{1}{2}

2(3+x) = 2x - 3

- 6 - 2x = 2x - 3

-2x - 2x = - 3 + 6

- 4x = 3

x =  -  \frac{3}{4}
