3^x-2 ÷ 3^-3= 3^4 using x^m ÷ x^n = x^m-n

 =  >   \frac{{3}^{x - 2} }{ {3}^{ - 3} } =  {3}^{4}

 =  >  {3}^{x - 2 + 3}  =  {3}^{4}

 =  > x - 2 + 3 = 4

 =  > x  + 1  = 4

 =  > x = 3
