⇒ 9 + x^2 - 6x - 36x^2
⇒ -35x^2 - 6x + 9
⇒ -(35x^2 + 6x - 9)
⇒ -(35x^2 - 15x + 21x - 9)
⇒ -(5x(7x - 3) + 3(7x - 3))
⇒ -(5x + 3)(7x - 3).
