Solution :

3(x + 2) = 5(x - 3) \\ 3x + 6 = 5x - 15 \\ 6 + 15 = 5x - 3x \\ 21 = 2x \\  \frac{21}{2}  = x \\ 10.5 = x

Hence, the value of x is 10.5

=> 3 ( x + 3 ) = 5 ( x - 3 )

=> 3x + 6 = 5 ( x - 3 )

=> 3x + 6 = 5x - 15

=> 3x + 6 - 6 = 5x - 15 - 6

=> 3x = 5x - 21

=> 3x - 5x = 5x - 21 - 5x

=> -2x = -21

=> -2x/-2 = -21/-2

=> x = 21/2

I hope this will help you dear..
