This is the answer for your question

3(x+3) = 5(2x+1) \\ 3x + 9 = 10x + 5 \\ 3x - 10x = 5 - 9 \\   - 7x =  - 4 \\ x =  \frac{ - 4}{ - 7}  \\ x =  \frac{4}{7}

Hope this will be helpful.
