To find remaining 4 months in decimal place

That is in one year there are 12 months out of 4 months= \frac{4}{12} = 0.33

That is n= Number of years = 2.33 year.

Amount = p(1+\frac{r}{100} )^n

Amount = 30000(1+\frac{5}{100} )^2^.^3^3

Amount = 33611.84 Rs.

Total compound interest = 33611.84 - 30,000

                                         = 3611.84 Rs.
