the answer cant come because odd numbers added odd times could not give even number .....
but if we use ! then it can come
3!+3+1+15+5=30
where 3!=1*2*3=6

Odd numbers don't add up to give you an even number.
It is possible only in case of factorial.

3!+1+3+13+7=30 

3!+3!+3!+3!+3!=30
