Hey there,
As we know that Sum of any THREE ODD NUMBERS never be an EVEN NUMBER (30 -Even).

One should put extra logic in these types of questions, that's called Thinking Out of the Box.

Personally I think, '9' Should be rotated 180°. It becomes '6'

Then,
6 + 9 + 15 = 30

** It was my point of view, there are many other ways to solve the Puzzle.
