that is always less than 1
if u want to take the approximate value then u can take it as 1 instead of 0.96 since the second no after the decimal point is 6 which is greater than 5
so we can add 1 with the value jst before the no 6 after the decimal point that is 9 to make it a approximate value.. hence it will be 0.9+0.1=1.0 =1
bt in exact 30/31 is not equal to 1...
