subtracting second expression
from first , we get
30-4x+4x² - (7x²-5x+70)
= 30-4x+4x²-7x²+5x-70
= 4x² -7x² -4x + 5x + 30 - 70
= ( 4 - 7 )x² + ( -4+5)x - 40
= -3x² + x - 40
