30. A field is in the shape of a trapezium having parallel sides 90 m and
30 m. These sides meet the third side at right angles. The length of the

Answer:

Rs 30,000

Step-by-step explanation:

first draw a trapezium whose parallel sides are 90 and 30m

and name the trapezium ABCD. Draw two perpendicular on A and B.

Now we have two triangles and one rectangle.

The area of the triangle = 1/2* b*h

1/2*30*100=1500

The area of second triangle =1500*2=3000

Area of rectangale= l*b

100*30=3000

So the total area of the trapezium =3000+3000=6000

So total cost of ploughing the field =6000*5=30000.
