Ethanoic acid turn blue litmus red.

Soap solution turn red litmus blue.

We know that acids turn blue litmus paper red.

Out of the given ethanol, ethanoic acid and soap solution, only ethanoic acid is the acidic solution present.

So, we can identify it when we observe blue litmus is turned to red.

Again, basic or alkaline solutions turn red litmus paper blue.

Here, only soap solution is basic and it turns red litmus blue.

The solution which doesnt change the colour of any litmus paper is ethanol.

All of the three solutions produce hydrogen gas, when they react to Na metal.
