(1) Fundamental rights : According to Part 3 Constitution provides six fundamental rights to citizens of India.

(2) Directive principles of state policy : It provides some principles to States for public welfare under articles 36 to 51.

(3) Fundamental duties : By the 42nd constitutional amendment Act 1976 Part 4(A) of Indian Constitution included and it defines the duties of citizen towards the Nation.

(4) Article 368 of Indian Constitution defines about the powers of Parliament to amend the Constitution in different cases.

(5) Article 325 - 326 defines the right of citizen to vote in Loksabha and Rajya vidhansabha without any discrimination.
