the exercices set was a bit hard  so it wAS - 100 pushups in a day/ 100 hill climbers ( everything including warm up and stretching )/ and all the others explosive exercises .

the diet was always healthy, no starch,no potato, no yolk and no junk like chocolates or sugar .
