Solution:-

Since we have given that

30% of a number is two times 75 % of another number.

Let the first number be 'x'.

Let the another number be 'y'.

According to question, it becomes,

$30\%x = 2(75\%)y$

$= > \frac{30}{100} \times x = 2 \times \frac{70}{100} \times y$

$= > 30 \times x = 2 \times 75 \times y$

As We have to Find the ratio then we will divide x with respect to y

Now,

$= > \frac{x}{y} = \frac{2 \times 75}{30}$

$= > \frac{x}{y} = \frac{150}{30}$

$= > \frac{x}{y} = \frac{5}{1}$
