given AD=AE,BD=CE.
proof: AEB= ADC
AD=AE(given)
Angle A=Angle A(common side)
BD=CE(given)
therefore, AEB= ADC(SAS congruency)

we have AD=AE (given)
and on adding second equation given in question, we get AD+BD=AE+CE.
AB =AC.
now Angle A is common in both triangle.
so by SAS congruence criteria.
triangle AEB,=triangle ADC.
