Shankar is working in the primary sector while Deepak is in the tertiary sector. Primary sector is a largely unorganised sector. Also, there are no such rules and regulations that the rich farmer should give proper wages to Shankar. And, no sorts of allowances will be provided like, overtime payment, paid leaves, etc.
Whereas Deepak, working as a teacher, is ofcourse in a better position than Shankar. He is truly proffessional and is working completely in an organised sector. He is paid regularly, is provided with paid holidays, etc. He can also be self-employed.
