=)a+(a+d)+(a+2d)+(a+3d)+(a+4d)=30

=)5a+10d= 30

Also the ratio of the first and last part 2:3

This implies that,

=)a/a+4d= 2/3

=) 3a= 2a+8d

=)3a-2a-8d= 0

=) a-8d=0---------(2)

Subtract (2) from (1)

=) a+2d=6
