sale. His friend advises him to buy the shop but
Sushant does not have the necessary capital. His
friend offers him the money but Sushant is not in a
position to take a loan of such a large amount. So
his friend makes a proposal where he offers to
become a part owner of the business. He also
suggests that they shouid have a written
understanding wherein the role of both the owners
is clearly spelled out and there is no confusion later
on. After a lot of contemplation Sushant refuses to
accept his friend offer.

Saran was a shop owner at Bhopal town. his business did not do so well over time. He was a dealer in general household items with groceries inclusive. One time he had gone to the market to buy goods for his shop business. He was so happy that he was expanding his stock. On his way back,he met a man who ruined his happiness.

The man made saran go through physical assault and later trauma. He beat him thoroughly and snatched all his goods. Moreover,the man alerted other men who abducted him. They asked for a ransom which Saran's wife paid out of the savings they had made from their retail shop business.
