Explanation

There are two types of orders

Preorders are the kind of purchases made when a product is going to enter the market or be launched and the retailer begins to accept orders in advance of the launch. Usually, the goal of doing this is to generate hype among consumers so that when the product is finally released, it gets off to a strong start.

Backorders are orders for products that have run out of stock that the retailer accepts. In order to meet demand and fill backorders, the merchant then asks the manufacturer's supplier to provide more products.

Taking backorders enables a business to remain competitive and serve its exclusive clientele, who are devoted and would not want to purchase the goods from any other retailer.

Hence the aim of order should be organization's betterment
