let the width be n

twice breadth be 2n

length is 3m more than twice it's width=2n+3

Area of a rectangle = Length×breadth

65sq.m. = 2n+3 × n

65-3 =3n

62/3 =n

20.6 =n

so,

Actual length = 20.6×2+3=44.2

width=20.6
