Calculate it’s instantaneous velocity at 2s.​

x = 16t + 7 {t}^{2}

differentiating with respect to time...

 \frac{dx}{dt}  = 16 + 14t

now put t=2s in this eq

instantaneous \: velocity \:  = 16 + 14 \times 2

16 + 28

 = 44m \: per \: second
