Solution :-

Difference between the price at which he gains profit and price at which his loss occurs,

= 5765 - 4315 = Rs. 1450.

This loss consist of equal loss and profit in it.

So, loss or profit = 1450/2 = 725.

Then CP = 5765 - 725 = Rs. 5040.

Or, 4315 + 725 = Rs. 5040.
