Given :- In Given Fig The length AD = 18 m

AB= 6m, BD = 12m, BC = 0.9m

Now As we Know

\frac{A B}{A D}=\frac{B C}{D E}\\\frac{6}{18}=\frac{0.9}{h}

h=\frac{18 \times 0.9}{6}\\h=27 \mathrm{~m}

Answer:

h= 2.7m

Step-by-step explanation:

AB/AD = BC/DE

putting the value in the formula but remember AD=AB+BD

6/18=0.9/DE

Cross-Multiplying it,

6DE=18 x 0.9

DE= 18 x 0.9 / 6

DE = 2.7 m

Therefore h = 2.7 m

It is the Answer.

Hope This helps !!!
