Odd numbers don't add up to give you an even number.
It is possible only in case of factorial.
3!+1+3+13+7=30
3!+3!+3!+3!+3!=30
11+1+3+15+0=30

Someone has solved this question before. I tried it myself to come to a conclusion that there is always 1 less or 1 extra number in the answer. I found this question in a question paper for upsc.

This sum cannot be done because
Odd + Odd = Even,
Odd + Odd + Odd = Odd,
All the numbers which are given are odd.
Thus we can use four numbers to get the number.
For eg 7+3+9+11=30
