We wont get a even number if we add odd numbers an odd number of times.
So this has to be solved using factorial-
3! + 11 + 13 = 30.This will be a solution.

3! + 11 + 13 = 30..............................
The answer will be 15+13+(3-1)=30
also the answer can be 4! + 3 + 3
you can use only 3 digit not 4
