Answer:

Given Data:

Workers in the 1st task = 30

Days in the 1st task = 21

Hours in the 1st task = 8

Work or tables in the 1st task = 24

Workers in the 2nd task = 35

Days in the 2nd task = 12

Hours in the 2nd task = let us assume it as X hours.

Work or tables in the 2nd task = 18

We know the formula that

{(Men × Days × Hour)/Work} in 1st task = {( Men × Days × Hour)/ Work} in 2nd task

= {( 30×21×8)/24} = {(35×12×X)/18}

210 × 3 = 70 × X

X = 630/70

X = 9

Thus, if 35 workers will work 12 days then to make 18 tables a day they should to work 9 hours a day.
